Enables you to view a history of emails sent to an employee.

Note: The recording of email history commences when Release RA01R11 of ResourceLink is installed, therefore, any emails sent prior to the install date are not included.

Note: You can bulk resend selected emails for one or more employees using Bulk Resend Emails.

Paging Area

Email ID

Display only. The ID of the email that was sent.

Date, Time, Request Operator

Display only. The date and time at which the email was sent and the operator who requested the email.

Data

Click window to display View Email Insert Values, where you can view any variable data that was included in the email, excluding actual payslip or expense values.

Resent

Indicates if the email has been resent. If it has, click window to display View Email Resent Details, where you can view a history of when the email was resent and who resent it.

Tag

Enter Y, N, T or U against each of the emails to select / deselect them for being resent, or select a value by clicking WINDOW to display Generic List Tagging Help Screen. All selected emails are resent upon clicking COMMIT with the original attachment and variable data.

Additional

Click expand to display the following display-only fields:

To, CC, BCC

The email addresses of the recipients of the email.

Attachment

The ID and version of the standard letter that was attached to the email if applicable.
