Enables you to select an individual within the ResourceLink system via a human object and remove all GDPR data regarding that individual.

Before running this process, you must view the ResourceLink GDPR Guide document.

Caution: Extreme care should be taken when running this process as it will not be possible to access or reuse an individual after deletion. No confirmation report will be produced and audit traces are disabled by default.

Note: The ResourceLink Audit functionality has been disabled for this process and no Audit Data will be recorded.

Selection

Object

Select the human object to use to identify the individual from the drop down list. E.g. EMPLOYEE

Number

Enter the ID number of the human object to identify the individual.

Name

Display only. Displays the name of the selected individual.

 

Click commit to validate the records for the selected individual and display the GDPR Validation Error Messages window.
