Restrict Employee Search

Select this check box to restrict the employees for whom you can report incidents. If this check box is selected, you can only report incidents for direct reports as a manager, or incidents for yourself as an employee. If this check box is blank, you can report incidents for all employees in the organisation whether you are a manager or an employee.

Accident Incident Code

Enter the code of the incident type used for reporting accidents in MyView, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INTYPE narrative category.

Abusive Incident Code

Enter the code of the incident type used for reporting abuse or violence in MyView, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INTYPE narrative category.
