Allow Historic Holiday Booking

Select this check box if an employee is allowed to book a holiday in the past via the Holiday module. If this check box is selected, you can also book holidays for today irrespective of whether the Allow Holiday Booking for Today check box is selected.

Allow Holiday Booking for Today

Select this check box if an employee is allowed to book a holiday for today via the Holiday module.

Note: If the Allow Historic Holiday Booking check box is also selected, the setting in the Allow Holiday Booking for Today check box is overridden, and you can book holidays for today.

Allow Holiday Booking with No Entitlement

Select this check box if an employee is allowed to book holiday for dates for which there is currently no entitlement.

Allow Changes to Authorised Holidays

Select this check box if an employee is allowed to amend an authorised holiday request.

Show Effect on Entitlement Record

Select this check box to provide information about the employee's entitlement record when they are requesting or cancelling holiday.

Allow Reason for Request

Select this check box if you want the Reason for Request text box displayed when an employee is completing a holiday request.

Allow Extra Days at Employee Level

Select this check box if an employee is permitted to request holidays that exceed their remaining entitlement.

Allow Extra Days at Manager Level

Select this check box if a manager is permitted to request holidays that exceed their remaining entitlement.

Process Holiday Entl in SLC and MyTeam

Select this check box to enable the web processes (SLC and MyTeam) to correctly process holiday entitlements as per ResourceLink.

Allow Bulk Authorisation / Rejection

Select this check box to allow managers to bulk authorise or reject holiday requests in the MyView Authorisation module.
