The Import Welsh Translations screen requires .xls Excel files that are formatted as below.

 

In general, the Welsh translations will be in Column C with the corresponding IDs in Column A.

Column B is generally the English version of the description/title and is not imported except in the case of Narratives where column B indicates the Narrative code to be translated.

The first row of the file controls what type of translation will be imported.

The type/content of each export file is dictated by the A1 cell. The import looks for one of the following keywords:

For the "SCREEN" format, Cell B1 should include keyword "TAB" or "TITLE" to identify whether the translations are of "Screen Titles" or the "Screen Tab Titles". The first keyword found in the cell will be used.
