Enables you to define the parameters used when generating the manifest files for Microsoft 365 integration.

Parameters

Provider Name

Enter the provider name for the relevant Azure Tenant, this should be the customer name.

Client ID

Enter the client ID for the relevant customer’s Azure Tenant.

Dashboard URL

Display only. Displays the dashboard URL that will be used to generate any manifest files. This URL is entered in Dashboard Web Server URLs.

Time Mgment Context words

Enter the words that should be highlighted as contextual to link to the MyView Time Management module within Outlook 365. The words are not case-sensitive and must be comma separated.

For example, leave,holiday,vacation,sickness,sick,poorly,absent,absence.

Talent Context words

Enter the words that should be highlighted as contextual to link to the MyView Performance/Talent module within Outlook 365. The words are not case sensitive and must be comma separated.

For example, performance,PDR,appraisal,review.

Create Contextual File

Click this button to generate the contextual add-in manifest file. You will be prompted to save the file locally. This manifest file can then be used to enable the contextual add-in within Outlook 365.

Create Taskpane File

Click this button to generate the taskpane add-in manifest file. You will be prompted to save the file locally. This manifest file can then be used to enable the fourth pane MyView add-in within Outlook 365.

Note: Contextual and taskpane files require the Provider name, Client ID, Dashboard URL, Time Management and Talent context words to be populated in order to successfully generate the manifest file.
