Mobile Required Fields
Enables you to define the required fields within the Mobile HR Web App. A required field is an entity that has to be provided to ensure a process has the data it requires, for example, a leave request needs a leave type, therefore, leave type is a required field. Currently, you can only define required fields for the Leave area of the application.
Note: Changes to required fields within this screen affects the generation of database triggers, therefore, it is recommended that you only make changes within this screen at quiet times to reduce the impact on other users.
Once you have defined your required fields, you can assign them to leave types you create via Mobile Leave Types.
Note: You cannot amend a required field once it has been added; you can only delete and re-add the field to ensure data integrity; you cannot delete a field once it has been assigned to a leave type.
