Enables you to configure system-level parameters for the Onboarding module.

General

Campaign

Enter an onboarding campaign ID, or select one from the drop-down list, to be used as a the system-level onboarding campaign. All onboarders will receive the actions/tasks in this campaign as part of their onboarding process.

Initiation Email Template

MyView Email

Enter the email ID, or select one from the drop-down list, of the email to be sent to an onboarder if their onboarding is initiated from MyView.

RL Email

Enter the email ID, or select one from the drop-down list, of the email to be sent to an onboarder if their onboarding is initiated from ResourceLink.

Display Parameters

Display Contact Details

Select this check box if you want to display the manager and buddy contact details to the onboarder on their onboarding dashboard.

Filter onboarders by manager post

Select this check box if you want to display a filter on the manager’s onboarding view, to enable them to view future starters and onboarders related to a specific post.

Filter defaults to manager’s main post

Select this check box if you want the manager post filter to default to manager’s main post rather than display all posts when navigating to the onboarding view.

This check box is only available when Filter onboarders by manager post is enabled.

Enable alternate search mechanism

Select this check box if you have a large number of onboarders and future starters, as it limits the number of records that MyView is required to display at any one time. When selected, the manager must select Search after setting the filter options to start the search process.

If this check box is not selected, a search is performed automatically after each filter has been updated.

This check box is only available when Filter onboarders by manager post is enabled.
