Enables you to specify which processes can be accessed within a process group, the access mode and whether a process is view-only or inactive for the selected security profile or manager. You cannot add or delete processes if you have linked a process directly to an item, but can still indicate whether the process is view-only or inactive.

Note: A process must be listed here to be accessible by the selected security profile or manager.

General

Process

Select the process from the drop-down list that you want to be accessible by the selected security profile / manager. The processes are filtered according to which processes are available within the selected process group. This field is display only if you have linked a process directly to an item.

Note: You can only add processes of type C (Changes) to a process group, if you have accessed this window via Web Items.

Description

Display only. The description of the process.

Access

Select one of the following access modes for the process, provided it is not a view-only process:

• SAVE - enables a user to only save data.
• SAVSUB - enables a user to save and submit data.

View

Enter Y to make the selected process view-only.

Note: You cannot make processes of type A (Add) view-only.

Inact

Enter Y to make the selected process inactive.
