Succession Plan Parameters
Enables you to define system parameters used in the Succession Planning module.
Succession Plan Parameters
Default hierarchy level to traverse
Enter the default number of hierarchy levels to show Succession information for in MyView. An entry of 1 only shows succession information for posts occupied by the manager's direct reports.
Allow Manual Add of Employees
Select this check box if employees can be added to a succession plan in MyView.
Show Attainments
Select this check box if Attainments information should be shown in MyView.
Show Aspirational Career Plan
Select this check box if Aspirational Career Plan information should be shown in MyView.
Show Area and Level
Select this check box if Aspirational Area and Level information should be shown in MyView.
Show HR Career Plan
Select this check box if HR Career Plan information should be shown in MyView.
Show Flight Risk
Select this check box if Flight Risk information should be shown in MyView for managers.
Show Flight Risk to Employees
Select this check box if Flight Risk information should be shown in MyView for employees.
Minimum Attainment %
Enter the minimum percentage of a post's default attainments that an employee must have achieved to be included in the talent pool for the post's succession plan.
