Team Calendar (Peer View)

Allow Team Calendar in Forms

Select this check box to provide authorisers with access to the team calendar when they are authorising an absence request from the Time Management module.

This parameter is solely for the Time Management module. It isn't used in the Leave Management module.

Hide Team Cal in Employee Cal View

Select this check box to hide the View Team Calendar button in the Employee Calendar View to prevent managers accessing the Team Calendar from the Employee Calendar .

This parameter is solely for the Time Management module. It isn't used in the Leave Management module.

Display Manager in Team Calendar

Select this check box to include the manager's absence and attendance details in the Team Calendar to provide employees with a full view of their team's whereabouts.

This parameter is solely for the Time Management module. It isn't used in the Leave Management module.

Calendar Options

Display Non Working Days

Select this check box to show non-working days greyed out on the MyView Calendar and Team Calendar views in Time Management, and the Team Leave Calendar in Leave Management. This is only enabled for selection when the Show Weekends check box is cleared.

This parameter applies to both Time Management and Leave Management.

Display Export button into Calendar

This parameter is solely for the Time Management module. It isn't used in the Leave Management module.
