Enables you to define system parameters used in the Training module.

Parameters

Browser Evaluation Forms

Select this check box to indicate that the training evaluation forms should be displayed in the web browser. If this check box is blank, the training evaluation forms are displayed in Course Evaluation.

Allow Course Cancellation

Select this check box if employees can cancel authorised training courses within MyView.

Update Courses Attended

Select this check box if employees can update their own Training Completed record via MyView.

Courses Attended Status

Enter the ID of the default status to apply when employees update their own Training Completed record in MyView, or select one from the drop-down list. This status is applied to an attended course providing it is included in the status set attached to the course.

Courses Cancelled Status

Enter the ID of the default status to apply when employees cancel a training course in MyView, or select one from the drop-down list. This status is applied to a cancelled course providing it is included in the status set attached to the course.

Courses available in MyView

Select this check box if a new course should be available in MyView by default. When this check box is selected, the Course available in MyView check box in Course available is automatically selected when a new course is created.

Non-Scheduled Request Label

Enter the label to be used for the Non-Scheduled Request button in the MyView Training module.

Talent Training Course Search

Post Course Reqs

Enter the text to be displayed as the Label to be used in the Talent Search and Talent Search Results in MyView for Post Course Requirements. Select the check box if this field is to be available in the search.

Post Comp Grid Course Reqs

Enter the text to be displayed as the Label to be used in the Talent Search and Talent Search Results in MyView for Post Competency Grid Course Requirements. Select the check box if this field is to be available in the search.

Aspired to Post Course Reqs

Enter the text to be displayed as the Label to be used in the Talent Search and Talent Search Results in MyView for Aspired to Post Course Requirements. Select the check box if this field is to be available in the search.

Aspired to Post Comp. Grid Course Reqs

Enter the text to be displayed as the Label to be used in the Talent Search and Talent Search Results in MyView for Aspired to Post Competency Grid Course Requirements. Select the check box if this field is to be available in the search.
