When vacancies are exported to Web Recruitment, any documents associated with vacancies stored in Doc Storage are also exported. When vacancies are withdrawn, any documents associated with the vacancy in Doc Storage are deleted. When applicant data in Web Recruitment is imported into ResourceLink, any documents associated with vacancy applications are imported into Doc Storage.

The fields displayed in this window vary depending on whether you are using an Oracle® database or an SQL Server® database.
