Enables you to specify settings related to messages to be sent to operators of Web View related to locked records and general broadcast messages.

Polling

Client Poll

Enter the Client polling interval, in seconds, to check the status of record locks and broadcast messages.

Server Poll

Enter the Server polling interval, in seconds, to check the status of record locks and broadcast messages.

Lock Messaging

Enabled

Select this check box to specify that the Record Lock Messaging functionality is to be enabled. If not selected, only the existing Record Locked message will be displayed in WebView.

Access Attempt

Select this check box to specify that the Operator and owner of a record lock will be informed if other operators attempt to access the same record.

Record Available

Select this check box to specify that an Operator attempting to access a locked record will be informed once the lock has been released.

Suppress On View

Select this check box to specify that the Record Available messages will be suppressed for Operators using a UDTF Lookup Task to view the record in read-only mode.
