Enables you to configure the email settings for Web View login security emails.

To access this window, enter fast path HR97S8 and select User Control > Web Applications > Web View > Security > Email.

Forgotten Password Email Template

Enter the message ID, or select it from the drop-down list, for the template email sent to operators when they click the Forgotten Password button when attempting to log in to ResourceLink. The default value is OPPWFORID, which is supplied as standard with ResourceLink.

You can create a new template in Email Message Templates. You can also amend the default template from the same screen. To do this, enter OPPWFORID in the Message ID field, then select HTML Email in the navigation panel to access Maintain Note Detail and amend the template.

Generated Link Expiry (min)

Enter the number of minutes that the reset password or security answer uniform resource locator (URL) link is valid for. If an operator clicks the link after this time has elapsed, the reset link will no longer be valid and the process must be re-initiated if required. The default value is 5.
