Enables you to configure prospective worker matching weight rules and define default values when loading prospective workers from TalentLink.

Matching Parameters

The fields in this section are mandatory.

Surname

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is the weight value to be used when an incoming prospective worker from TalentLink has a matching surname value in the ResourceLink database.

Gender

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is the weight value to be used when an incoming prospective worker from TalentLink has a matching gender value in the ResourceLink database.

Forename

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is the weight value to be used when an incoming prospective worker from TalentLink has a matching forename value in the ResourceLink database.

NI Number

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is the weight value to be used when an incoming prospective worker from TalentLink has a matching National Insurance number value in the ResourceLink database.

Date Of Birth

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is the weight value to be used when an incoming prospective worker from TalentLink has a matching date of birth value in the ResourceLink database.

Min Weighting

Mandatory. Enter a numeric value from 1 to 20. This is a value that indicates the minimum cumulative weight (based on other matching criteria) that is needed for a prospective worker to establish a match.

Defaults

The fields in this section are optional. The following field values will be set as the default values when loading prospective workers from TalentLink if the values are not supplied by the user.

Default Salary PE

Enter the pay element or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as an N type pay element ID in ResourceLink. This will be used to load the employee’s fixed pay element record.

Default Hourly Rate PE

Enter the pay element or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as an N or R type pay element ID in ResourceLink. This will be used to load the employee’s fixed pay element record.

Start Reason ID

Enter the ID or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as a code in the RSNCHG narrative category. This will be used to load the employee’s original and current join reason as well as the employee’s post join reason in ResourceLink.

Projected End Reason ID

Enter the ID or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as a code in the PEDRSN narrative category. This will be used to load the projected end reason ID in ResourceLink if the projected end date has been supplied by the user.

Location Reason ID

Enter the ID or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as a code in the RSNCHG narrative category. This will be used to load the post location change reason when loading the employee post details in ResourceLink.

Work Pattern Reason ID

Enter the ID or click window to select it. If this value is supplied, it should exist as a code in the RSNCHG narrative category. This will be used to load the work pattern change reason when loading the employee post details in ResourceLink.
