Enables you to generate new MyView passwords for a selected group of employees.

Reset First Time Logon?

Select this check box to reset the first time log in flag for the selected employee. The next time the employee logs in to MyView, it is treated as a first time log in, therefore they are forced to change their password and set up security questions.

Note: The remaining fields on this screen cannot be accessed if this check box is selected.

Blank Password Only?

Select this check box to only generate passwords for those employees who do not already have one, or leave blank to generate passwords for all employees in your selection.

Send Email to Employee?

Select this check box to generate an email notifying the affected employees of their new password. Select the email template to use for the email from the corresponding drop-down list.

Produce Report?

Select this check box to produce a report detailing the employees' new passwords.

Leaver Grace Days

If the selected employees are leavers but their leaving dates are within a number of grace days of the current date, their passwords will sill be reset. Enter a number of grace days to override the system default number of grace days.

Click COMMIT to create the passwords.
