List Maintenance
Enables you to maintain lists which are used when selecting various objects in ResourceLink. This screen displays lists created using Employee Search, Staff List, Employment Options and other selection screens in ResourceLink.
Only operators with a supervisor profile can access lists if they are not the owner of the list and the Public field is set to N.
To access this window, enter fast path HR99S70.
Selection
List Type
Enter the required list type which filters the lists displayed in the paging area and determines what list type you can create, or select one from the drop-down list.
Paging Area
List Name
Enter the name of the list.
Operator ID
Display only. The ID of the operator who created the list.
List Date, List Time
Display only. The date and time that the list was created.
Detail
Click WINDOW to display one of the following list detail windows where you can view more details and maintain the list if you are the list owner. The list window displayed depends on the list type selected:
- Applicant List Detail
- Candidate List Detail
- Employee List Detail
- External Person List Detail
- Grade List Detail
- Interviewer List Detail
- Member List Detail
- Structure List Detail
- Tutor List Detail
Public
Enter Y if the list is to be available to other operators.
