Directory Tab Maintenance
Enables you to specify the tabs and corresponding fields that are displayed in the Employee Directory, the Manager module / Team Selector, the Leavers module and for the employee.
Note: You should run the cost centre extract for employee post holdings to update the historic cost centre details available on the Post History tab in the Employee Directory, the Manager module / Team Selector, the Leavers module and for the employee.
General
Label
The name of the tab as it appears online, which can be amended if required.
Directory
Select this check box to make the selected tab available in the Employee Directory.
myTEAM
Select this check box to make the selected tab available in the Manager module / Team Selector.
Employee
Select this check box to make the selected tab available to the employee.
Leavers
Select this check box to make the selected tab available in the Leavers module.
Fields
Click window to display Directory Tab Fields, where you can maintain which fields are displayed on the selected tab.
Additional
Click expand to display the default name of the tab, which can be amended in the Label field.
