Enables you to maintain display details for the fields included within a form if this is a multiple form type process. Alternatively, you can maintain display details for the sections included within the form and the corresponding fields if this is a single form type process.

To access this window, enter fast path HR290S30, select the Process ID and window in to the Details field.

Paging Area

Field Label / Form Title

Enter the name that you want displayed on the form for this field or section.

Help Text

Enter the help text that you want displayed on the form for this field or section.

Additional

Click EXPAND to display the following fields:

Mandatory

Enter Y to indicate that this field or section is mandatory.

Amendable

Enter Y to indicate that this field or section is amendable by the user.

Hidden

Enter Y to indicate that this field or section is hidden from view.

Length

Enter the length of the field, that is, the number of characters that can be entered. If this is a single form type process, you cannot amend this field.

Height

Enter the height of the field, that is, the number of lines. If this is a single form type process, you cannot amend this field.

Form Fields

This field is only displayed when you are maintaining section details for a single form type. Click window to redisplay Maintain Fields, where you can maintain display details for fields included within a section.

Radio Buttons

This field is only displayed when you are maintaining a RADIO type field. Click window to display Process Radio Default Fields, where you can specify which option is selected by default.

Field Text

This field is only displayed when you are maintaining a TEXTAREA type field. Click window to display Maintain Web Notes, where you can define the text that is displayed for a field that is display only in the process.

Click this button to display Process User-Defined Fields, where you can add or view UDFs associated with the selected form.

Work Pattern

This button is only displayed for the Rota form. Click this button to display Work Patterns, where you can you can attach work patterns to the form.
