Enables you to initiate the onboarding process for the selected onboarder.

Note: Before you initiate onboarding, you must ensure that you have allocated an onboarding campaign to a level that is applicable to this onboarder.

To access this window, enter fast path HR280S1 and window in to the Initiate field.

Details

Onboarder Commencement Date

Enter a Commencement Date. On this date, the onboarder will have access to the Onboarding Hub.

Manager

Enter the employee ID of the onboarder's manager, or select a manager from the drop-down list.

Buddy

Enter the employee ID of the onboarder's buddy (I.e. an employee who they can refer to for advice and assistance), or select an employee from the drop-down list.

 

Click Continue to continue to Campaign Task Selection.
