Display only. The ID of the process.

Display only. The description of the process.

Form Statuses: Open, Auth, Rej, Evt

Enter N to stop the login alerts, or enter the number of days before the login alert is displayed. For example, if you enter 0, a login alert is displayed immediately after a form reaches the specified status.

The following form statuses are available for each process:

• Open forms - when a form is created.
• Authorised forms - when a form is authorised.
• Rejected forms - when a form is rejected.
• Authorise events - when a manager has forms requiring authorisation in the Authorise Events bin in the Login Alerts module.

Note: All process and form status combinations are initially set to N.
