Enables you to search for a MyForm.

Note: These fields can be left blank to display all available MyForms.

1. Enter a whole or partial eForm ID on which to search in the ID field.
2. In the Category field, enter a MyForms Category code or select one from the dropdown list.
3. Enter a whole or partial keyword on which to search the MyForms' titles in the Title field.
4. Click Search to display the matching MyForms in the paging area.
5. Select the required MyForm which is then displayed in the field from which you clicked the window button.
