Enables you to search for an eForm.

Note: These fields can be left blank to display all available eForms.

1. Enter a whole or partial eForm ID on which to search in the ID field.
2. Enter the type of eForm for which you are searching or select one from the drop-down list in the Type field. The types available are set up in the QETYPE narrative category.
3. Enter a whole or partial keyword on which to search the eForms' descriptions in the Description field.
4. Enter a whole or partial keyword on which to search the eForms' titles in the Title field.
5. Click Search to display the matching eForms in the paging area.
6. Select the required eForm which is then displayed in the field from which you clicked the window button.
