Enables you to maintain the display details for the fields included in the MyView selection screens. Click

- Post - this selection screen is used to select employee’s posts in MyTeam processes.
- Employee - this selection screen is used to select employees in MyTeam processes.
- Delegate Post - this selection screen is used to select employee’s posts in the Delegation of Authority module.
- Delegate Employee - this selection screen is used to select employees in the Delegation of Authority module. You can select individuals, direct reports or a whole team via this selection screen.
- Delegated Employees - this selection screen is used to select employees who have been delegated to you for the selected process / task from within the process / module. This applies to employee based MyTeam processes and the Time Management module.
- Approved Transfer - this selection screen is used to select transfer posts in MyTeam processes.
- View Employment History - this selection screen is used to select periods of employment in the view-only MyTeam processes in place of the Employment Details form.
- Time Management - this selection screen is used to select employees in the Time Management module. You can select individuals, direct reports or a whole team via this selection screen.
- Employee Delegation Rules by Manager - this selection screen is used to select the manager who has delegated you a rule and then select an employee who reports to the selected manager.
- Post Delegation Rules by Manager - this selection screen is used to select the post of a manager who has delegated you a rule and then select a post that reports to the selected manager’s post.
- Delegated Posts - this selection screen is used to select posts that have been delegated to you for the selected process from within the process; this applies to post based MyTeam processes.
- Employee Search - this selection screen is used to search for employees using the Search for Employees option; this applies to employee based MyTeam processes and the Time Management module.
Note: When the display details are changed for a field, all other instances of that field are updated for consistency. For example, if you change the label of the Post field to Post Holding in the Post selection screen, the label of the Post field in the Employee selection screen is also changed to Post Holding.
Note: The display details specified apply to all processes and modules where the modified selection screen is used.

Enter the name that you want displayed in the selection screen for this
field.
Help Text
Enter the help text that you want displayed in the selection screen for this
field.
Additional
Click EXPAND to display the following fields:
Mandatory
Enter Y to indicate
that this field is mandatory.
Amendable
Enter Y to indicate
that this field is amendable
by the user.
Hidden
Enter Y to indicate
that this field is hidden
from view.
Options
This field is only displayed when you are maintaining an OPTION type field. Click window to display Selection Screen Options, where you can specify which option is selected by default in this selection screen.
