Enables you to search for the actual post to which the employee aspires.

To access this window, enter fast path HR33S21, select Post Succession Plan from the navigation panel, window in to the ACP field and then window in to the Actual Aspired field.

Note: You can only complete one of these fields to search for a post.

1. Enter a whole or partial post ID in the Post field, or;
2. Enter a whole or partial post description in the Post Search field, or;
3. Enter a whole or partial employee's surname in the Surname field. The surname search matches all employees with that surname and then returns a list of all posts that the matching employees have held.
4. Click Search to display the matching posts in the paging area.
5. Select the required post which is then displayed in the field from which you clicked the window button.
