Enables you to update multiple posts with multiple objectives or behaviours by uploading a CSV file. You can upload the CSV file without updating the database to validate the file first, if required.

Note: You must not mix objectives and behaviours in the same CSV file - separate CSV files should be used for uploading objectives and behaviours.

The CSV file must be structured as follows:

Field No.	Field Name	Description
1	POSTID	The post number to which subsequent data in the spreadsheet row applies. Must be a valid post number.
2 - 21	ITEMn	The title of an existing behaviour or objective. You can have up to 20 items against a post. If more than 20 items are required for a post, you can add a second line in the CSV file with the same post ID.

It is recommended that you use a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft® Excel to create the CSV files. Enter each field entry in a new column, leaving the column blank if the field is not required.

Click window to display Select File where you can browse for the CSV file that you want to import.

Behaviours

Select this check box if the CSV file contains post behaviours.

Objectives

Select this check box if the CSV file contains post objectives.

Update and Report

Select this check box to update the database and generate a report detailing the number of records processed, total successes and total errors.

Validation Report Only

Select this check box to validate the file without updating the database and generate a report detailing the number of records validated, total successes and total errors.

These reports are viewable via View Historic Reports.
