Page Maintenance
Enables you to create pages and then add items to be displayed on the page.
The DEFAULT page already exists and is displayed when an employee first accesses MyView prior to logging on. ResourceLink does not know the identity of the Web user prior to log on and cannot set security levels for data access, therefore the DEFAULT page is restricted to items with None and Web link types only.
Selection
Page
Enter or select the page you want to maintain from the drop-down list.
If the page does not exist, a prompt is displayed allowing you to create the new page. Page Descriptions is displayed where you can enter the page details.
Paging Area
Note: The items displayed on the selected page are listed in the sequence in which they are displayed in the paging area, i.e. SEQ 001 is first.
Item
Enter or select the item you want to include on the page from the drop-down list.
Link
Display only. The link type specified for the selected item.
Description
Display only. The long description entered for the selected item.
Button
Descriptions
Click this button to display Page Descriptions, where you can maintain the descriptions of the page.
