Effective Date

The date when you received the P45 from the employee (or received the information from the tax office).

P45 Taxable Gross

The amount of Taxable Gross that the employee could have paid tax on, taken from the employee’s P45 (or from the tax office).

P45 Tax Paid

The amount of Tax Paid, taken from the employee’s P45 (or from the tax office).
