Enables you to control the production of pay documents at control group level. The pay documents listed are the documents available against the control group's legislation type.

To access this screen, enter fast path HRPAYGRP and select the control group, then select Pay Documents Output in the navigation panel.

Note: The production of P11D standard letters is unaffected by the settings specified for the P11D document.

Note: The fields below are only enabled if the corresponding pay document and production type combination is enabled in ResourceLink Pay Documents. For example, if all pay documents are unavailable online, the Dis. Online and adjacent Emp Opt fields are not enabled.

General

Document

Display only. The type of pay document.

Dis. Online

Enter Y to prevent online access to the selected pay document for this control group, or leave blank.

Emp Opt

Enter Y if online access to this pay document can be overridden at employee level, or leave blank.

Dis. Print

Enter Y to prevent hard copy printing of the selected pay document for this control group, or leave blank.

Emp Opt

Enter Y if hard copy printing of this pay document can be overridden at employee level, or leave blank.

Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
