Pay Element Pay Calendar
Enables you to set up calendar details for a pay element to allow payments to be made on specified dates or periods rather than in every payroll. For example, you could use this facility for a pay element that relates to a bonus payment that is made twice a year.

Pay Type
Enter the pay type to determine the type of payroll to which these payment rules should be applied, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PAYTYP narrative category.
Description
Display only. The description of the selected pay type.
Proc
Enter P to make payments on the dates or periods specified , or N to exclude the payment on the dates or periods specified.
Det
Click WINDOW to display Pay Calendar Periods, where you specify the dates or periods in which the payments are made or excluded for this pay element (as specified in the Proc field).
