Enables
you to specify the default options effective when an employee is terminated.
Employment
Note: The settings in these fields provide the defaults used in Termination Options when terminating an employee.
Fixed Pay Elements
Enter Y if all employee fixed pay elements should be automatically ended during the termination process.
Temp. Pay Elements
Enter Y if all employee temporary pay elements should be automatically ended during the termination process.
Outstanding P/E Bal.
Enter Y if all outstanding pay element balances should become invalid during the termination process.
Training Detail
Indicates if all employee training requirements are automatically removed during the termination process.
MyView Delegations
Enter Y if all applicable MyView delegations should be automatically ended during the termination process.
Post Fields
Note: The settings in these fields provide the defaults used in Termination Options when terminating an employee's post.
Fixed Pay Elements
Enter Y if all post related fixed pay elements should be automatically ended during the post termination process.
Temp. Pay Elements
Enter Y if all post related temporary pay elements should be automatically ended during the post termination process.

Enter Y to indicate that all post related training requirements should be automatically removed during the post termination process.
Pay Documents
Unset Online Only
Enter Y to ensure that a hard copy payslip is printed for any leavers who only have online payslips specified. A leaver can either have online or hard copy payslips, it is not possible to have both. Therefore leave this field blank if you wish them to continue to have access to their online payslips up to the time limit configured within the MyView System Control parameters.
Payslip to Home Address
Enter Y to ensure that a leaver’s payslip is sent to their home address.
