Termination Options
Enables you to specify the options effective for closing pay elements, training, clocking and operator records when an employee is terminated.
When you COMMIT, the records you have specified are closed and ResourceLink also:
- Places an end date and leaving reason against each post the employee occupies. The leaving reason you entered in the Termination Reason field is copied across into the Reason for Leaving Post field.
- Informs you if any future diary entries exist for the employee.
