Displays a list of the employees that satisfy the criteria on which you searched.

Note: If the MISC > SEARCH > LONG_NAME system parameter is set to N, the National Identity Number and Start Date fields are also displayed on the first line. However, the Surname field displays fewer characters.

Paging Area

Surname

The employee's surname.

Inits

The employee's initials.

Title

The employee's title.

Emp Number

The employee's ID number.

Additional

Click EXPAND to display the following fields:

Forename

The employee's name.

National Identity Number

Displays one of the following national identity numbers, depending on the person's legislation type:

Started

The date on which the employee started their employment.

Control Group

The control group to which the employee belongs and description.

Pay Group

The pay group to which the employee belongs and description.

Previous Surname

The employee's previous surname.

Select the required employee number which is then displayed in the Employee field of the selection window.

When you exit the task, the Employees Matching Criteria screen is redisplayed so that you can make further selections from the list.

When you have finished selecting employee records and processing them through the task, click the EXIT button to display Save Employee Selections, enabling you to save the employees list as a staff list that can be reused, if and when required.

Note: Save Employee Selections is not displayed if the Save Employee List Option check box is selected in User Level System Fields,
