Enables you to specify the locations to which a group of standard dates applies. These dates then apply to all employees in the specified locations and can be used in payroll calculations.

Group Identity

Enter the standard date group for which you want to maintain location details, or select one by clicking window to display Select Standard Date Group.

General

Group Priority

Display only. The standard date group priority value, as defined for the group via the Group Priority field of Maintain Standard Date Groups.

Group Type

Enter the group type you want to apply to the locations selected for the group or select one from the drop-down list. This determines the type of system calculation to which the standard dates in the group will be applied. The options are set up in the STDTYP narrative category.

Location

Enter the location to which the standard dates in the current group apply, or select one by clicking window to display Location Selection.

Description

Display only. The description of the selected location.

Include Y/N

Enter Y if the standard dates in the current group should be used in payroll calculations for employees at this location, or enter N to exclude these dates from payroll calculations.
