To access this window, enter fast path HRSERVCONS and select the service condition.

General

Short, Long Description

Enter a short and long description for this set of service conditions.

Start Date

Enter the date from when this set of service conditions becomes effective.

Obsolete Date

Enter the date on which this set of service conditions becomes obsolete.

Normal Pay Award Day

Enter the pay review date. For example, if the pay award is on the 1st of January each year, enter 0101.

Part-Pay Calculation

Enter the part-pay calculation method to use for calculating pay for employees who work part of a pay period, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PRORAT narrative category. The calculation method specified is used for new starters, leavers and mid-period changes, however, you can override this method for new starters and leavers using the following two fields.

Note: You can also specify part-payment calculation methods in Maintain Pay Calculation Detail for employees who belong to the same control group. A part-payment method linked to a service condition always takes priority over any specified against the control group.

Starter Calc Override

Enter the part-pay calculation method to use for calculating pay for new starters with this service condition, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PRORAT narrative category.

Leaver Calc Override

Enter the part-pay calculation method to use for calculating pay for leavers with this service condition, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the PRORAT narrative category.
