Case Management Additional Details
Enables you to maintain further details for the selected disciplinary record.
Additional Details
Notified Date
Enter the date HR was originally notified of the case.
Case Number
Enter an identifying case number, or click the CASE NO button to assign an automatically generated unique number. The automatically generated number can be overridden if required.
Linked Case
Enter the case number of a linked record, if required. It is possible to link to another disciplinary record, or to a grievance record.
Investigating Officer
Enter the name of the person leading the investigation in to the case, or, if they are an employee, select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
Emp No
Enter the employee number of the investigating officer if they are an employee. The employee number will appear by default if the investigating officer was selected via Employee Search.
Lead HR Contact
Enter the name of the lead HR contact for the case, or, if they are an employee, select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
Emp No
Enter the employee number of the lead HR contact if they are an employee. The employee number will appear by default if the contact was selected via Employee Search.
Stage
Click WINDOW to display Case Management Stage Details, where you can select and maintain specific stages of a disciplinary procedure.
Suspension Start Date, End Date
Enter the start and end dates of the suspension period, if required.
Employee Rep Body
Enter the employee representative body, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the DISRPB narrative category.
Cert
Select this check box if the selected employee representative body is certified.
Employee Rep Body
Enter the employee representative body if they are not available for selection within the DISRPB narrative category.
Cert?
Select this check box if the entered employee representative body is certified.
Employee Rep 2
Enter the name of the person representing the employee, or, if they are an employee, select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.
Emp No
Enter the employee number of the representative if they are an employee. The employee number will appear by default if the representative was selected via Employee Search.
Other Representative
Enter the name of any other representative associated with the case.
Outcome
Enter the outcome code of the case, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the DISOTC narrative category.
