Enables you to record information about the employee’s progress with the individual component, such as start date, end date and grade.

General

Qualification

Display only. The ID of the qualification.

Start Date

Enter the date on which the employee started the component.

Planned End Date

Enter the date on which the employee is planning to complete the component.

Actual End Date

Enter the date on which the employee actually completed the component.

Note: Once all the components in a level have been completed, the end date of the component at the next level up is automatically completed with the latest end date.

Grade

Enter the grade achieved for the component upon completion.

Assessor

Enter the ID of the assessor who assessed the component, or select one by clicking window to display Assessor Selection.

Click window in the adjacent field to display Qualification Assessment Details, where you can enter further details about an assessment.

Verifier

Enter the ID of the assessor who can verify the component, or select one by clicking window to display Assessor Selection.

Click window in the adjacent field to display Qualification Assessment Details, where you can enter further details about a verification.

Mandatory

Display only. Indicates whether the component is a mandatory part of the qualification.

Click this button to display Training Details, where you can view details about the course associated with the component.

Status

Click this button to display Qualification Component Status, where you can record the status of the component.

Doclink

Click this button to display Document Viewer, where you can view the contents of the DOCLINK folder associated with the component.

Notes

Click this button to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
