Training Details
Enables you to enter further details about the selected course.
Note: All the fields and windows accessed from this screen are display only when accessed from Employee Qualification Components Details.
Course Details
Course ID
Display only. The course ID and description.
Module ID, Module Seq
Display only. The module ID, description and sequence number of the course in the module, if the course is a part of a module.
Course Event
Event
Display only. The event times and dates if the candidate has been assigned to a course event.
Venue
Display only. The venue where the course is to be held.
Note: The following three fields are not displayed if you are using the Maintain Training Required – Simple screen.
Multiple Venues
Display only. Indicates if this course event has multiple venues attached.
Multiple Rooms
Display only. Indicates if this course event has multiple rooms attached.
Multiple Tutors
Display only. Indicates if this course event has multiple tutors attached.
General Details
Source
Enter a source code to represent the source of the request for training, such as from the candidate or from the candidate’s manager, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGSRC narrative category.
Source Reference
Enter an identification number for the source specified in the previous field. For example, the post number of the person making the request.
Priority
Enter a priority code to specify the urgency of the request for a training course, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the TRGPRI narrative category.
Result
The default entry for this field is R, indicating that the course has been requested.
When the result of the candidate attending the course is known, enter the appropriate letter to identify the result:
A | Candidate attended the course. |
R | The course was reserved. |
F | Candidate failed the course. |
P | Candidate passed the course. |
W | Candidate waiting for course. |
Buttons
Dates
This button is not displayed if you are using the Maintain Training Required – Simple screen. Click this button to display Record Event Attendance, where you can record a candidate’s attendance of a specific course event.
History
Click this button to display Training Status History, which gives the history of the statuses the candidate has been assigned for this course since it was first requested, together with the dates each status was assigned.
Cost
This button is only enabled if the candidate is attached to an event. Click this button to display Course Costs, where you can record details of costs and candidate expenses for the course.
Notes
Click this button to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
