The system uses the following locations, in order, to generate the employment benefits associated with the vacancy:

1. Post - Employment Benefits at Post Level.
2. Job - Employment Benefits at Job Level.
3. Default - Employment Benefits at System Level.

Enter free text to describe the benefits package.

Paging Area

Benefit ID

Display only. The ID of the employment benefit.

Code

Display only. The ID of the benefit code associated with this employment benefit, or the ID of the N type pay element associated with this employment benefit, depending on the benefit type.

Value

Enter the value of the employment benefit for this vacancy, if a range of values is not required, for example, a bonus may be a standard payment of £500.

Minimum Range, Maximum Range

Enter the minimum and maximum values associated with this vacancy, for example, the salary may be in the range of £20,000 to £25,000 pa.
