Enables you to remove applicant and application data after applicants have deleted their accounts on the Web Recruitment website. For data protection reasons, you should use this screen after you have sent data protection emails to delete those accounts for which continued permission has not been granted.

Note: This functionality can be added to the scheduler via the HR255U21 task.

Data is deleted for accounts which have remained inactive for the duration of the remove period, which follows on from the notify period. The notify period and the remove period are specified in Email Parameters.

Click commit to remove applicant and application data.
