If the details for all or most of the interviews you are arranging for the currently selected interview team/vacancy are similar, you can use this field to enter the common details. ResourceLink then assigns these to all applicants you select for interview in the main screen. If some of the applicants’ details differ slightly from the details entered, you can amend them afterwards.

Venue

The venue for the interviews. Click WINDOW to display Venue Selection where you can select the interview venue.

Venue Room

The interview room. Click WINDOW to display Select Room where you can select the interview room.

Contact

Interview contact person.

Interview Type

Interview type – for example, first interview, final interview. The options are set up in the INVTYP narrative category.

Status Code

Click WINDOW to display Vacancy Applicant Status Update.

Status Date

Date when the status code was last changed.
