Enables you to specify details of the email that should be automatically sent when an employee on a future dated course event for this course is made a leaver.

Email

Enter the ID of the email that should be sent when an employee is made a leaver, or select one from the drop-down list.

To Tutor

Select this check box if the email should be sent to the course tutor.

To Co-ordinator

Select this check box if the email should be sent to the course coordinator.

To Other

Enter the email address of the person who should receive this email, if it is someone other than the course tutor or the course coordinator.

Note: If you do not indicate who the recipient of the email is, the operator responsible for the course is notified by default, and if the operator responsible is not specified, the default coordinator is notified.
