Enables you to display a comparison of an employee’s actual attainments with those specified against different objects, such as their job or career development scheme.

To access this window, enter fast path HR206S31 and window in to the Details field.

General

Matching/To

Display only. The number of the development scheme, and the code for the employee to who it is matched, are displayed.

Career Scores

Display only. The essential and desirable scores required by the scheme are displayed.

Employee Scores

Display only. The employee’s actual scores for the essential and desirable attainments are displayed. When the employee has other attainment scores that are not required by the scheme, the total is displayed in the Other field.

Print

Enter Y to produce a printed record of the employee’s attainment details compared to those required by the scheme.

Ess Ind, Group, Subject, Type

Display only. The attainments required by the scheme are displayed. Full explanations of the contents of these fields are given for Default Attainments Maintenance.

Grade Required/Achieved

Display only. The grade required for each attainment on the scheme, and the actual grade achieved by the employee are displayed.

Score Required/Achieved

Display only. The score required for each attainment on the scheme, and the actual score achieved by the employee are displayed. The totals of these fields are shown in the Career Scores and Employee Scores fields at the top of the window.

An asterisk (*) is shown beside the score when it has not been included in the totals. This may be because it is either not held at the required grade or because the attainment grade equates to a score below the minimum required.
