Employee Remuneration Package Options
Enables you to model changes to the currently selected remuneration package. To do this, you change the options within the elements that comprise the package to see the effect on the total annual value, and ensure that the maximum allowed value is not exceeded.
The window shows both actual and evaluated values. ResourceLink calculates the evaluated values of an element by applying its weighting value to its actual value. Weightings are defined in Remuneration Option.
General
Post
Display only. Post to which the remuneration package is linked.
Package
Display only. Remuneration package ID. If elements or options have been selected that are not defined as part of the package, (Enhanced) is displayed after the ID.
Effective Date
Display only. Date when the package is to become effective.
Evaluated Maximum
Display only. The maximum value allowed for the package.
Actual Total
Display only. The total actual value of the element options that have been selected for the package.
Evaluated Total
Display only. The total evaluated value of the element options that have been selected for the package.
Package Detail
Element
Display only. The elements that comprise the package are pre-defined. Possible examples of elements are: salary, health insurance and company car.
Option
To select an option for an element, click on the appropriate line, then choose one from the drop-down list in the Option field.
Value Actual
Initially this shows the default minimum value of the option. You can change this by entering a new value in the Actual field.
Value Evaluated
Display only. Calculated from the actual value multiplied by the weighting for the selected element.

Option
Select an option for the currently selected element from the drop-down list.
Min/Max Amt
The minimum and maximum values allowed for the option, as pre-defined for the remuneration package.
Value
Actual
The value of the selected remuneration option. You can enter a value to override this if required.
Evaluated
Display only. Calculated from the actual value multiplied by the weighting for the selected element.
Buttons
Net Calculation
Click this button to display Remuneration Gross to Net, where you can model and calculate the net pay produced from the values in the current window.
Enhance Package
This button is only available to managers. Click this button to display Enhance Package, where you can choose additional elements/options for the package, or change the options for existing elements.
