Remuneration Option
Note: The Remuneration Packages area of functionality is in the process of being removed from ResourceLink and will be completely removed in a future release. In it's place, it is recommended that customers use the Employee Flexible Benefits functionality.
Enables you to set up details of remuneration elements and options, which are the components of remuneration packages. For a selected element you can specify the options linked to it. For each element/option combination you can specify the pay element it is to update and its default values when selected in Remuneration Package Options.
Note: Before using this screen, the remuneration elements you want to work with must have been created as narrative codes via Narrative Category Codes. After modelling remuneration packages, if you want to be able to apply the new remuneration values to an employee’s pay elements, that is, to update the pay elements with the new values, the Additional Details field of each element’s narrative code must contain Y.
