Version
There may be a number of different versions of the same document, each of which may vary slightly. The higher the number, the more recent the version. Enter the version number, e.g. 001.
Number of Copies
Enter the number of copies of the PIR to be printed, e.g. 1.
Confirm Message
If this field is set to N, then a PIR is automatically requested each time a change is made to a key employee trigger field (see PIR Request for further details on trigger fields).
If this is set to Y, then a message box is displayed after the change to the employee record has been committed. The message box provides the operator with the option of generating the PIR for the employee. For example, if a Y is entered in the Confirm PIR Report field then the PIR report is requested; if this field is left blank then the report is not generated.
