Enables you to record details about any reporting activities associated with the incident.

Paging Area

Date

Enter the date the reporting activity was performed.

Activity

Enter the code of the activity performed, or select one from the drop-down list. The options are set up in the INCACT narrative category.

Employee

Enter the ID of the employee responsible for the activity, or select one by clicking window to display Employee Search.

Name

Enter the name of the responsible person. This displays the employee's name if an employee was selected.

Notes

Click window to display Maintain Web Notes, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.

Additional

Click EXPAND to display the following display-only fields:

Activity Desc.

The description of the selected reporting activity.

Employee Post

The post held by the employee.
