Claim Detail
Enables you to enter details if the employee is making a claim against your organisation as a result of their illness/injuries, for example, an insurance claim.
To access this window, enter fast path HREMPALL, select Absence Details from the navigation panel, window in to the Detail field and select Claim Detail from the navigation panel.
General
Claim Date
Enter the date of the sick absence claim.
Claim Number
Enter the reference number for the sick absence claim.
Incident Ref
Enter the sick absence incident reference, if applicable, or select one by clicking window to display Select Incident Reference. The incidents available are recorded via Employee Incident Detail.
Notes
Click window to display Maintain Note Detail, where you can enter any notes or comments you want to record.
