Enables you to specify the absence related parameters and rate calculation parameters that apply to a service condition and absence type combination. This service condition can then be associated with employees as required.

You can define parameters for combinations such as holiday type absences for a full-time monthly paid employee, sickness type absences for a part-time weekly paid employee, holiday type absences for a full-time fortnightly paid employee etc. You must create a line for each combination that you want to process.

Note: If a rate is not allocated for a combination for which you later enter an absence, an error is generated when entering an absence and the absence is not processed in full.
